Delivery.

The products shown on our web site are held in stock at our shop in London.
We will normally therefore deliver your orders within 3-5 days, although in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 28 days. If however, for reasons beyond our control, the item is unavailable, you will be notified by email or telephone.

We use reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Beck & Call. If you experience any aspect of your delivery service that you have not been happy with then we would like to hear from you.

Please understand that no delivery service is infallible and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. Our delivery charges are based on weight, and your shopping basket will add shipping charges on this basis as you buy. The total charge for the goods with and without delivery will be shown in your shopping cart. The minimum delivery charge is £4.95.

Our carrier delivers between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels. Please use an alternative delivery address if you are out all day, e.g. work.

Delivery costs and service outside the UK are available on application. You will be liable for all duties and levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods outside the UK. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
