Returns
We would like to you to be
happy with your purchase. If however you find the product
to be damaged or faulty we will of course offer a refund
or exchange. We do ask that we are notified in writing or
by e-mail detailing the problem of any grievance within 7
days of your receipt of goods.
You will receive our prompt
attention and be notified prior to the refund to your chosen
payment card. We can not accept responsibility for any item
lost or damaged in transport and we recommend using registered
post. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being
lost in transit without proof of postage. We will refund
the return postage costs of faulty or damaged goods.
